Børdalen –
AI & HPC Data Center Campus
The site comprises approximately 48,000 m² of zoned land, supporting a 100 MW gross campus delivering around 82.5 MW of IT capacity. The development sits adjacent to a 420 kV strategic grid node, with a 100 MW grid reservation in progress and conditional supply expected from Q1 2029.
Børdalen benefits from direct access to multiple hydroelectric generation facilities providing over 100 MW of renewable power, ensuring strong energy security and long-term sustainability.
The campus is engineered for chiller-free cooling, supporting both direct liquid cooling for Blackwell or Rubin AI workloads. Modular 27.5 MW data halls provide flexible deployment for hyperscale customers.
With three diverse fiber routes, deep-water quay logistics, and expansion land under control, Børdalen offers a scalable platform for next-generation AI infrastructure in Northern Europe.
